OUR POLICY

​

At LUXMODE Medical Spa, we are committed to providing exceptional care and ensuring the best experience for every client. Please take a moment to review our policies before booking. These policies are in place to protect your time and ours, and to ensure provider efficiency and appointment availability.

Rescheduling Policy

  • A $250 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is applied toward your service on the day of treatment.

  • To reschedule, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. With proper notice, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.

  • Appointment reminders will be sent via email 48 hours prior and text message (SMS) 2 hours before your scheduled time.

  • All rescheduling or cancellations must be made directly via phone or text. Requests sent through Instagram, Facebook, or other social media platforms will not be accepted.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) will result in forfeiture of the deposit and a $250 late cancellation fee, charged to the card on file (or required before rebooking).

  • No-shows (failure to appear without notice) will result in a $250 no-show fee, which must be settled before future appointments can be made.

  • These fees are non-refundable. In rare circumstances, it is at the treating provider’s discretion whether the fee may be credited toward a future service.

Arrival & Lateness Policy

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and complete any necessary paperwork.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may be considered a no-show and charged the $250 no-show fee.

  • We will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, but rescheduling may be necessary to avoid disrupting other clients’ appointments.

Consultation Policy

  • We offer both virtual and in-person consultations for new patients.

  • Virtual consultations allow for treatment planning and discussion of goals before your visit.

  • In-person consultations are 20 minutes and do not guarantee same-day treatment, as treatment appointments typically require 45–60 minutes.

  • TIP: If you already know the treatment you would like, we recommend booking that directly. The first 10–15 minutes of every treatment visit includes a personalized consultation to finalize your plan.

Social Media & Communication Policy

  • For privacy and HIPAA compliance, we do not conduct consultations via Instagram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok, or other social platforms.

  • Please schedule all consultations directly via our office (virtual or in person).

Gift Certificate & Service Return Policy

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire one year from purchase.

  • All treatments, packages, and products are final sale and not eligible for refunds.

Children Policy

  • Children are welcome at LuxMode; however, those under 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult who is not receiving services.

  • LuxMode is not responsible for the supervision or safety of unattended children.

Payment Policy

  • Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Debit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

  • A 5% processing fee applies to all credit/debit card transactions.

  • To avoid this fee, you may pay with cash or mobile payment.

Refund Policy

  • All bookings, treatments, packages, and product sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments, no refunds are issued under any circumstances.

  • Clients must review and sign acknowledgment of this policy before receiving services.

Chargeback Disputes

  • By receiving treatment at LuxMode, you agree to abide by our no-refund and cancellation policies.

  • Any chargeback requests filed with your bank or card provider will be disputed and contested using documentation, including signed agreements, treatment records, and communication logs.

  • Clients remain financially responsible for the full amount of disputed charges plus any legal, collection, or administrative costs incurred.

  • LuxMode reserves the right to pursue civil legal action for breach of contract, unjust enrichment, or fraud. This may result in credit reporting, collections activity, or a civil court judgment.

Agreement Requirement

  • All clients must sign a consent form and acknowledge our policies prior to treatment.

  • By booking or receiving services at LuxMode Medical Spa, you confirm your agreement with these terms.
